This is where healing begins.

Healing from an eating disorder can feel overwhelming, and it’s not unusual to approach the process with fear or ambivalence. I want you to know, I understand, and I believe recovery is possible.
In our work together, I will walk alongside you on this journey. We will explore the origins of your eating disorder, as well as the role your behaviors may currently serve, while building motivation for change. My goal is to equip you with the emotional tools you need to create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I bring extensive experience treating eating disorders across both residential and outpatient settings.
These experiences have shown me that healing is deeply personal and there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach. Together, we will identify treatment strategies that truly resonate with you and your unique needs. Whether you are seeking full recovery or harm-reduction I am here to work along side you.
Because eating disorder recovery often requires a team-based approach, I value direct and frequent collaboration with other providers who may be supporting you, including psychiatrists, dietitians, and medical doctors. Working together helps ensure your treatment plan is cohesive, your progress is carefully assessed, and your goals remain at the center of care.
If you are in need of a team, my extensive professional network can be a valuable tool for finding and connecting with other trusted providers, such as dietitians, psychiatrists, and medical doctors, who can support your recovery alongside therapy.

Traumatic stress affects us on a whole-system level. If you are experiencing post-traumatic stress, you may notice its impact across many areas of your life. Symptoms can show up in how you think, how your body feels, how you respond to the world and others, and even in your ability to stay present in the moment.
Because trauma affects so many aspects of our experience, healing is often a gradual and challenging process. I am here to support you, moving at your pace, as you work toward recovery. I have received specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and I regularly integrate these evidence-based approaches into my therapeutic work with clients.

In my work with dissociation and dissociative disorders, I help clients recognize the signs of dissociation and develop practical tools such as mindfulness, grounding, and coping strategies to support greater connection to the present.
For those who experience “dissociative parts,” we will focus on increasing understanding of your parts, reducing fear and stigma around them, and fostering integration within your system. This process supports the development of a stronger sense of internal safety, stability, and self-compassion.

Outside of my work with trauma and eating disorders, I have extensive experience supporting clients with a wide range of concerns.
These include OCD, anxiety, depression, identity related challenges, life transitions, chronic illness and substance use. My goal is to provide a safe and affirming space where you can explore your experiences and develop the tools needed to navigate them with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.

Making a relationship work can be challenging, and many couples find themselves stuck in unhelpful patterns without the tools to create change. In my work with couples, I draw on training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Gottman Method to help partners identify areas for growth and build practical tools to strengthen their relationship.
My background in trauma treatment gives me a unique perspective on how attachment patterns and trauma-related reactions can shape a couple’s dynamic. Together, we will bring these patterns into awareness and work as a team to shift them. Our work may include developing skills in distress tolerance, effective communication, mindfulness, and emotional intimacy. These tools are aimed at fostering lasting connection and healthier relationships.
